Jordin Sparks has a record to be desired
Some have that winning attitude that sees them rise above the rest of the not so talented lot and take all the accolades that should be bestowed on one’s so talented. Jordin Sparks in her 19 years on this earth is none to accustom to losing. Before appearing on American Idol, Sparks participated in and won such talent competitions as Sprite Rising Star, Gospel Music Association GMA Academy, The Proof Is In The Pudding Contest, NBC/PAX America's Most Talented Kids, Colgate Country Showdown and the 2007 Drug Free AZ Superstar Search.
Did we mention that she is also a fashion designer and model but rose to the spotlight winning American Idol not once reaching the bottom 2 or 3 once on her way to the crown. Following the success of Idol, Sparks collected American Music Award and Grammy nominations for her certified platinum self titled debut album, and tasted her first defeat when she did not win this awards. Boys wanting to win her over will have to play hard as she is a devout Christian that wears a purity ring maintaining her desire to remain a virgin until she is married.
